DGAP Post-admission Duties announcement: UBS AG / Third country release according to Article 50 Para. 1, No. 2 of the WpHG [the German Securities Trading Act] UBS AG acting through its London Branch has issued a dual-tranche EUR 2.5 billion senior benchmark transaction consisting of a 3-year EUR 1.25 billion floating rate note (ISIN: XS1810806049) maturing on 23 April 2021 and a 4.8-year EUR 1.25 billion fixed rate note (ISIN: XS1810806635) maturing on 23 January 2023. Settlement date for all tranches is 23 April 2018.
